Industrial Shed Alkyd Semi-Gloss Paint

Parsilon Industrial Shed Alkyd Semi-Gloss Paint is a high-quality protective coating based on modified alkyd resin, specifically formulated for painting and safeguarding steel structures, frameworks, industrial sheds, and facilities. By forming a durable, uniform layer with soft light reflection, it provides optimal resistance against moisture, weathering, and abrasion.

Suitable for use on all metal structures and steel frameworks, roofs and sidings of industrial sheds and warehouses, beams, trusses, piping, metal storage tanks, and machinery in indoor and outdoor environments of manufacturing plants, industrial facilities, and workshops.

Surface Preparation: Clean and degrease the target surface thoroughly to remove any dust, grease, oil, and contaminants.
Substrate Treatment: In case of rust, loose mill scale, or old worn paint, completely clean and repair the surface using a wire brush, sandpaper, or abrasive blasting (sandblasting).
Priming: For maximum corrosion resistance and optimal performance, apply a suitable anti-rust primer coat (such as Parsilon Red Oxide or Grey Primer) prior to applying the topcoat.
Dilution: Dilute using Parsilon T1 Thinner only.
Dilution Ratio: The required thinner ratio varies depending on the application tool. Under standard conditions, use 10%–20% thinner by paint weight for brush and roller application, and 20%–30% for pneumatic spray guns and spraying equipment.

Surface dry (touch dry): 3 to 4 hours
Recoat time (next coat): 16 to 20 hours
Note: Drying time may vary depending on ambient temperature, humidity, and applied film thickness.

Can be stored for up to 24 months in its original unopened packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat sources and direct sunlight in a covered, well-ventilated area. If ingested, do NOT induce vomiting; seek medical attention immediately. Ensure adequate ventilation during indoor application. In case of contact with eyes, flush immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
