Solvent-Based Alkyd Matt Curb Paint

Parsilon Solvent-Based Alkyd Matt Curb Paint is a solvent-borne coating based on alkyd resin, formulated specifically for painting curbstones, concrete blocks, and cementitious road surfaces, enhancing urban organization and visual appeal.

Suitable for use on street curbs, concrete, and cement surfaces across municipal environments, residential complexes, parking facilities, and public spaces.

Surface Preparation: Clean the target surface thoroughly to remove any dust, grease, and contaminants.
Substrate Repair: Any cracks, damage, or surface decay must be repaired and filled prior to application.
Priming: For optimal coverage, adhesion, and application efficiency, apply an appropriate primer coat before the topcoat.
Dilution: Dilute using Parsilon T1 Thinner only.
Dilution Ratio: The required thinner ratio varies depending on the application tool. Under standard conditions, use 10%–20% thinner by paint weight for roller and brush application, and 20%–30% for spray gun application.

Surface dry (touch dry): 4 hours
Recoat time (next coat): 16 to 20 hours
Note: Drying time may vary depending on ambient temperature, humidity, and applied film thickness.

Can be stored for up to 24 months in its original unopened packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat sources and direct sunlight in a covered, well-ventilated area. If ingested, do NOT induce vomiting; seek medical attention immediately. Ensure adequate ventilation during indoor application. In case of contact with eyes, flush immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
